Tom Leeper (Chairman)

Tom has lived in Harescombe for 12 years, together with his wife, Tamsin, having moved from Kings Stanley in the Stroud Valley. They work as lawyers, and run a smallholding in the village with interests in sheep and top fruit .  He has joined the Parish Council to help ensure the community gets the right services and to assist in the representation of community views.

Paul Richards (Vice-chairman)

Paul lives in Harescombe moving here from Bristol about six years ago.  His career has been in IT in both academia and in business.  He brings good communication and problem solving skills to the team.  He joins the Parish Council to give a contribution to village life.

Caroline Ractliffe

Caroline is married to local farmer Martyn and they have two grown up children. She has been involved in secondary education all her working life.

In addition to her duties as a parish councillor, Caroline is treasurer of the village social committee, arranging events such as the eat around, skittles, harvest supper, duck race and litter picking.

Caroline also looks after the village hall and is in charge of neighbourhood watch. She feels it is important for all villages to feel safe and enjoy living in the unique village of Harescombe.

Bob Perkins

Bob and his wife Dorothy moved to Harescombe in January 2022 and really like living there. Between them they have 4 children with an age range of 35 - 50, living in Cheltenham and Calne, Wiltshire. Bob joined the parish council in 2023 and looks forward to helping the community to the best of his ability.
